So I am pretty new to all of this but I just wanted to see what my customers would see when they get their order or get email updates! I dont have my home address on there because that would not really be safe for me. I use printful integration and they told me to put their address as the shipping address so I did. As far as everything else goes, what will they see for the name? Like shipped by who? Also will they see my phone number? I put my business line but obviously this is not something I want spread around on every single shipping label or order. Please let me know and it would help a lot!

So you want to see how your shipping labels appear to your customer, is that correct? I can walk you through this no problem! The format of a shipping label depends on which carrier and class you choose when you’re buying a label. You can’t edit the label format because each carrier has specific requirements for their labels. If you purchase a label using Shopify Shipping, then it includes the order number that’s in your Shopify admin. You can use the order number on the label to match packages to orders more easily. The placement of the order number varies between carriers. You can read more details on this right here.
You can view an example of how your shipping label format currently looks by going to settings > shipping and delivery and then scrolling down to Shipping labels and choosing the option to “print test label”. We do also have a free shipping label formatting tool here that can help you easily get the exact information you want to be displayed on your labels. I hope this helps!
