I’m having the same issue, over 1000 urls not indexing.
Google generally checks whether all structured data is present. If certain data is missing, this may not necessarily be an error. For example, if you do not use a review tool, no reviews will be transmitted. If you do not have prices that are only valid until a certain point in time, the priceValidUntil parameter is also uninteresting in your case. Google points out that these parameters are missing. However, you still have to decide for yourself whether this is applicable or not. Such messages should also be understood as a warning and do not automatically indicate a problem. All my best, Stefan
