Im using a paid auditing tool to measure SEO performance of my client’s shop and one of the issue that occurs most is a “missing description” tag for a large number of ?view=quick pages in my site architecture (987/1008 pages missing descriptions are ?view=quicks). Does this actually affect the crawlability of my site and if the impact for not having descriptions is negative, how can I change that?

ExpertRookie here, I’m not sure whether you want to fix SEO issue on this page or to prevent Block Web Crawlers. If you want to block web crawlers, then you can use “Disallow” in robots.txt file. If you don’t know to create or edit robots.txt file on Shopify yet, then please refer this Shopify help
