With regards to your inquiry, are you able to tell us more about this situation and work that you have with an expert? Any information that you can share will help us understand the situation better and be able to assist better moving forward.
If you are not satisfied with the work provided, we recommend you talk to the expert first to see what can be done on their end. Perhaps they can improve on the project you have asked them to do. You can even discuss a refund from them but these interactions need to start with you and the expert in question as they are third party providers on the platform. We ask that you first discuss this with your Expert as refunds must be approved by them. If you are unable to come to an agreement, then we can step in, however we will need some examples & further information.
