I hope there is someone who can help us with this question. If you are in the Shopify live view you can see the customers who are live on the website. Does anyone know what it means when the customer’s ball starts blinking?

On both, the map and the globe, the green dots indicate a recent visitor session and the blue dots indicate an order. When there are multiple activities happening, then the dots could appear to be flickering or blinking.
