What does 'custom plan' mean on my online store account?

When I look up my Shop Plan it says it is a custom plan and to contact support. When I click the link it takes me to a page with nothing indicating the plans or what is custom about my plan. Who can I talk to find out what my current plan is and what makes it a custom plan?
