When I look up my Shop Plan it says it is a custom plan and to contact support. When I click the link it takes me to a page with nothing indicating the plans or what is custom about my plan. Who can I talk to find out what my current plan is and what makes it a custom plan?
Topic summary
A user discovered their account displays a “custom plan” designation with instructions to contact support, but the linked page provides no details about what makes the plan custom or its specific features.
Support Response:
- Custom plans typically indicate accounts with add-ons or features that differ from standard pricing tiers
- Account-specific plan details cannot be accessed through the community forum
- Users must contact support directly by logging in, selecting “Starting a store” as the topic, and choosing from available support channels (live chat, email, callback)
Current Status:
At least one other user reported seeing the same “custom plan” designation on their alumni store account, suggesting this may affect multiple account types. The issue remains unresolved pending direct support contact.
Hi @TheShopNWO ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with subscription plans, to ensure this gets resolved.
After taking a closer look, it seems your current plan likely has add-ons or other features that differ from our available plans and pricing currently being offered. For more information on the details of your plan, I encourage you to connect with our Support directly.
As we’re not able to access account specific information through the Community, our advisor team will be able to investigate further. To get in touch, you can:
- Head to our Contact Page and Log In to your shop.
- Select the topic Starting a store.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to view all available support options (i.e live chat, email, and call back).
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
I also seeing this as I have a Shopify alumni store
