Hello I am trying to promote my Shopify store through Google paid ads but they keep on asking me for “certificate of incorporation or registration” and I don’t know what that means or how I can find it on my store. Does anyone know what I need to submit and where I can find this certificate?

A certificate of incorporation is a legal document that confirms a company’s formation. It’s also known as a company registration certificate, articles of incorporation, or corporate charter.
It can be clearly seen from the screenshot that the business address is in Australia. As per our knowledge, your documents must have an Australian Business Number (ABN), Tax registration records, the owner name of the venture, and the business license. If your documents contain the same, upload it in PDF format on Shopify.
