What does 'Shipping Stiff' mean in Shopify's rate change error message?

what’s does it mean when Shopify shipping says this as yo change shipping rates and try to save but can’t save??

“To edit this profile, 1 change is required:

Method definition cannot save conditions with the same operator.”
what exactly is a same operator???

  • Can you tell me more about the error message you’re seeing and the steps you are taking before you see the error message? If you have a screenshot of what the message looks like that will help as well.
  • What changes are you trying to make to your shipping rates?
