maybe someone can explain what is behind Termination of account due to violation Section 4.4 “breaking law or doing something illegal”
This is what I got and I’m really in a bit of shock
we have determined that you are in violation of Section 4.4 of the Shopify Terms of Service and we are therefore unable to support your business. We are terminating your account in accordance with our right in Section 14.3.“
no answer about the reviews or where is the problem, no help from support

It sounds as though you were contacted by one of our specialist teams via email about the status of your store, is that the case?
If so, you can reply to that email in order to get in touch with the relevant specialist team handling your case.
As we’re not able to access or discuss accounts publicly here at all or view that specialist team’s emails you would need to be reaching out by way of a reply to their email with any questions you might have.
It may not be possible to get specific info on the process involved here for security reasons, but the best and only place to look for updates would be by way of the existing email contact.

Not good from Shopify to stop my shop without explanation:(
after that I get email from Shopify to payback the recovery cost . And I am not sure is it Hackers or what , I get no support from legal team in Shopify.
until today no explanation from shopify and many losses because i lost the summer session in Germany
