Hello,
This is my first time using the Shopify community so I am excited to see if this works! I am trying to clean up my data to give better insights to my clients.
Here are my stats from this past month:
Received 11 orders total from Shopify
- 2 from the “online store” sales channel
- 9 from “other”
A) What is the “other” sales channel - what traffic source is this attributed to?
B) What are the “online store” channel sales attributed to in terms of traffic source?
To note:
-
sales by traffic source is showing some “Search” and some “direct”

2 purchases were made via Google Ads so is this attributed to “online store” or " other"
-
In Google Analytics it shows only receiving 8 purchases coming from (direct and organic sources)
Would really appreciate any help offered in this community.
