Hi guys, we are an app developer.
Recently, we had several uninstalls and their reason of uninstall was “Not working or compatible with store”.
But our app was built based on Shopify’s instructions, and we have absolutely no clue of what does “not working or compatible” mean exactly.
Does anyone knows what does it mean exactly or why it happens?
