I currently have an unpublished sales channel app in my shopify partners account. If I chose to publish my app to the app store, what one-time and ongoing fees do I need to pay? I don’t see any literature that talks about this.
My app will be free for everyone to use. So I don’t plan to make money off of it.

There aren’t any fees involved in having your app published to our app store - it’s completely free. The only fees that you would potentially incur would be fees related to running the app itself, and if you charged merchants money through our Billing API then Shopify would retain 20% of the amount billed. Since your app is free though, that wouldn’t be a concern in this case.
