The free sizing chart I would recommend is Kiwi Sizing Chart. It allows you to create fully customized sizing charts for your page with unit conversions. Keep in mind that you can only publish 2 different charts on the free plan. The app BF Size Charts also has similar features and a 2-chart limit. But unlimited charts on the $3.99 plan.
