I uploaded a GIF to our homepage, and the quality is terrible; the colours and shadows change. What settings should GIFs have to play correctly in Shopify?

Thank you for getting in touch. Can you confirm to me which theme you are using, and if the GIF was added directly to the theme via the “Header” or “Slideshow” section in the theme editor? Was it uploaded directly from your computer?
