What happened after changing Shopify Domain?

Hi, I am developing Shopify App. I have a question: What happened after changing Shopify domain? Which domain I login to Shopify admin?

Example: If my current domain is man-nguyen.myshopify.com. I change it to man-love-you.io. So what is the admin route?

You will log in to the admin area via your Shopify URL man-nguyen.myshopify.com.
