Maybe it is just you.
I had a chat hour ago, is it’s human, not sure, first one, maybe not, then escalated to the second one, but it did the job, escalated to the technical team that I should get an email.
For that we will see.
But no issue seeing the chat button “Chat with a human”. I did not notice this before as I do not use it much, but there was an Call option too. But that could be done with AI too.
For you, have you tried an incognito/private browser window and log in with your store account? Maybe disable some browser extension?
Hi there @ctevan like @Laza_Binaery I am also still able to see the live support chat box. Have you done some troubleshooting to ensure the issue is not with regards to cache on your browser or maybe even with the browser itself?
