What happens if I cancel my shopify subscription?

I have a question about my Shopify plan if I cancel my subscription and close the store. Later on will I be able to re-open it back again?

As specified by Shopify:

To be eligible for the Pause and Build plan, your store needs to be on a paid plan and at least 60 days past the free trial period. If your store doesn’t meet these criteria, then you can’t pause your store.
