So shopify decided to close my store a week ago, they refunded my website and the 1$ trial fee and after sending countless emails I get this response.
“I’m afraid that after reviewing your information and website we believe your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. Unfortunately for security reasons we will be unable to provide the details of our risk investigation. We will be unable to provide access to your site to fulfill orders, to download your theme or for any other reason. This decision is final and we wish you the best of luck with your business going forward.”
i have $730 on the account from sales I had made, what will happen to that money?
