What improvements can be made to our newly updated store?

i think you should reduce the height of the Header.
your store’s tag line “Your phone’s new best friend” and other content,i think it should come over the banner image and banner image should visible in first look without scrolling the page.

I like the clean design of your store. My suggestions regarding design and user experience:

  • Consider including an announcement bar on top of your header. It’s generally good idea to offer free shipping for certain amount of orders. Customers doesn’t like the idea of paying for shipping and by setting an amount you’re guiding them to buy more products. Example:

  • Even better if you provide a shipping bar in your cart or product page to add interactivity and grab attention. There are apps to achieve this but it’s a simple feature that won’t need an app. Example:

  • Banner looks okey on mobile, however there is too much whitespace on desktop view. I’d suggest moving the content to left side and move the image up so the entire banner is visible without occupying extra space:

  • I like the idea of your logo. However I’d suggest you to remove some details from the phone, so it matches the bag’s simplicity.

  • When you highlight products or a collection, give a reason of why they are featured. Are they new arrivals, best sellers or any particular reason so the customers know.

Storytelling:

Storytelling sections are incredibely important to build credibility, keep customers engaged, and increase search rankings by having more content. Ideas:

  • You can highlight a specific product that you think would grab customers attention like:

  • You can write some blogs to increase credibility in customer’s eyes and improve SEO. Then you can highlight them in your home page linking to full blog like:

  • It’s good that you have “our story” page. You can create an image-text section in home with a catchy sentence from the page and provide a link to read full story.

It is essential to add more content when you don’t have wide range of products to show. If you need more ideas check similar stores that are successful or consult an AI :slightly_smiling_face:
