Hi

I’m Kate, a seasoned CRO expert at PageFly Page Builder. I’ve carefully analyzed your store and identified a few areas where strategic improvements can significantly boost your conversion rates.

1. GENERAL

Header Visibility: The current black header text can be challenging to read, especially when scrolling. Consider implementing a color scheme that ensures optimal readability, such as:

  • Contrast Enhancement: Increase the contrast between the header text and the background, perhaps by using a lighter font color or a subtle background color when scrolling.
  • Dynamic Color Adjustment: Implement a dynamic color scheme that adjusts based on the user’s scroll position, ensuring consistent visibility.

2. HOMEPAGE

A compelling homepage is crucial for capturing visitor attention and guiding them towards desired actions. Here are some recommendations:

  • Hero Banner:
  • Clear Call-to-Action (CTA): Use strong, action-oriented language in your CTA button text (e.g., “Shop Now,” “Learn More”).
  • Visual Hierarchy: Prioritize the most important information visually, ensuring it stands out.

  • Product Showcase:
  • Best Sellers: Highlight popular products to attract customers and leverage social proof.
  • Product Details: Use concise, informative product descriptions and high-quality images.
  • Customer Testimonials: Incorporate authentic customer reviews to build trust and credibility.
  • Social Proof: Display social media feeds or user-generated content to showcase your brand’s popularity.

3. PRODUCT PAGE

  • Product Reviews and Ratings:
  • Star Ratings: Clearly display average star ratings to quickly convey product quality.

  • Customer Reviews: Feature detailed reviews to provide social proof and address potential concerns.
  • Product Specifications:
  • Specification Tables: For accessory products, use well-organized tables to present detailed information in a clear and concise manner.

By implementing these recommendations, you can significantly improve your store’s conversion rates and drive more sales. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hi @AtlasVG ! I’m Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app. Congratulations on launching your store! That’s a huge milestone, and it’s clear you’ve put in a lot of work. Here are a few recommendations that might help boost your conversion rate and make your store even more inviting to customers:

1. Enhance the homepage for sales
The homepage looks fantastic, but adding a few elements could encourage customers to take action. Consider adding:

  • A clear CTA (Call-to-Action) button in the hero banner that leads to a popular collection or featured products page.
  • A ‘Featured Products’ section to showcase top-selling or new items (check the attached image for some inspiration).
  • A quick intro to your main collections, giving visitors a sense of what’s available.

Take a look at the attached images for examples:

2. Reorder your navigation menu
The current menu is totally fine, but to support a smoother buying journey, try this order: Logo > Collections Page > VIP Club > Support > Partner.

3. Maintain consistent branding

I noticed that the logo on the support page is red, while the navigation menu logo is black. You should keep brand elements consistent, which means just choose 1 color for your logo to create a stronger impression in customers’ minds.

4. Highlight VIP club benefits

More people would join your VIP Club if two things were clear:

  • How to join
  • A brief explanation of how it works

You can refer to our demo loyalty page as an example.

5. Strengthen product descriptions

Include warranty information and customer guidelines on product care to establish credibility and trustworthiness.

You’ve done a great job so far. I believe just a few tweaks to make it even better. Good luck!

If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty a ‘LIKE’ or marking it as a ‘SOLUTION’.

Best,

Tracy from the BON Loyalty team

Hi @AtlasVG

I hope you are doing well.

I have a few detailed comments as follows:

  • The header section is not prominent when scrolling down, which could affect user navigation and overall visibility. It might be beneficial to adjust the design to keep it noticeable as users scroll.
    Screenshot

  • The images on this page are overly large, making it difficult for users to view them in their entirety without extensive scrolling. Resizing these images or enabling a zoom-in/zoom-out feature could improve user experience.

  • Adding features such as a chat option or integration with WhatsApp can greatly enhance customer interaction and provide immediate support, making the shopping experience more convenient and engaging.

  • Including product reviews is essential for building trust and credibility among potential customers. Reviews can offer social proof and influence purchase decisions positively.

  • The banner here is quite large and takes up significant space on the page. Reducing the size or optimizing the design for a cleaner look could help maintain a balance between visual appeal and functionality.

I hope this helps!

Daisy

Hey @CharmSmith! Alexis here from Akohub! We’ve worked with tons of Shopify brands, and I wanted to share some ideas to help you make the most out of your store’s setup

Looks like you’ve got a solid foundation with a clean, high-end look! But a few tweaks might really make a difference in conversions and customer engagement.

I would recommend you to use Facebook and Google retargeting ads can help bring back those visitors who didn’t quite make it to checkout. Show them the products they browsed with a small discount to give that extra push. It’s a great way to turn “window shoppers” into actual customers. If you want a simple solution, our app, Ako Retargeting, combines retargeting with loyalty perks to drive repeat purchases too!

Next, since you also want to retain and maintain your customers, make sure to include a loyalty program. You can adding something like “Join Our VIP Club” or “Earn Rewards” near the top of the page will encourage visitors to sign up. Show them all the cool perks they can earn, like points for purchases, referrals, or birthdays. It’s an easy way to keep people coming back. Our clients like Nike, Logitech, and LINE friends has successfully integrate a loyalty program and achieved great results! Check out our case studies to learn from them

Your customers would also benefit from a customer support. You can provide quick, helpful customer support is key, especially for high-end brands. I’d recommend using a customer service tool like Gorgias or Moosedesk to handle questions efficiently. Both tools allow you to manage live chat, email, and social media inquiries in one place.

Also, make sure your product descriptions are as captivating as possible. Focus on benefits, quality, and what makes each item unique. Adding “Frequently Bought Together” or “Customers Also Viewed” suggestions can increase cart values. Think about pairing popular items to keep people exploring!

Lastly, keep those discounts easy to see. A little urgency, like “15% off today only!” can be super effective. And your pop-up discount is a great start! If you want to go even further, check out our blog for tips on combining loyalty and retargeting to build a customer base that sticks.

Let us know if you want more tips, and best of luck!

Hello there! @AtlasVG Allow me to start by commending the quality of images present on your homepage including the video at the top, I liked seeing that.

In terms of organizing the store, it would be good to have different categories of the products appear on the homepage and the images can be placed strategically for each one.

At the bottom of the homepage, include both links to the social media accounts of the store and to the accepted methods of payment.
Make sure to make accommodation for elements such as the “our story” for your store, FAQs, and customer reviews for when you start to make sales.

I wish you and your store the best of luck!
