First the closed my account for a couple of weeks while waiting for more “information” in the middle of a marketing campaign, and now they have disabled shop pay a couple of months after that.
I send an email to support, no response, talk to a robot, get gibberish. Talk to a half human in chat, they cant help and they need to escalate. Been unable to accept payments for a week. What a joke of a platform.
Current error when trying to re-enable Shop Pay
“Shop Pay requires at least one active credit card. Please enable one first.”
Cant even share a screen shot of the error in this forums. Valid file types .csv. wtf.
