What is an NRIC/FIN needed for Singaporean payment setup?

To gather a bit more information, do you currently have any physical operations (i.e a physical office or warehouse) within Singapore? If not, then you will want to set up Shopify Payments in the country that you’re currently located in. If that’s Australia, then you can follow this guide for information on how to successfully set up Shopify Payments in your region.

If you do have physical operations within Singapore, then you can connect with our support team directly. This will allow them to get you authenticated, as we wouldn’t have access to any account details here through the Community. They will then be able to investigate further and advise on how to proceed.
