We run a Shopify store in South Africa. We had great success in the last 2 and a half months with about 7000 orders being placed. However we are facing the next challenge in the growth process and that address validation. With the free text when creating an new profile on Shopify, clients are not entering their addresses correctly which creates a serious issue when deliveries are scheduled. I have look at address validation app but I can’t find a app specifically for South Africa.
Does anyone know which app and/or other fix there is for this issue?

I can totally appreciate that with the influx of orders that there may be some hiccups, however I am here to help you with this.
You mentioned that you were looking for some address validation specifically for South Africa, however you were unable to find one. I had a look for you and was able to locate an app called Shipping Address Validator. This app mentions it can be used for addresses in South Africa and also prompts customers to input new addresses when undeliverable ones are detected. Your first 100 orders free, and then it is $0.04 per order thereafter. By the way, you can find many more apps like this in our Shopify App store, however when searching through them, I was unable to find any other apps that mention they are applicable with South Africa. If there is an app that interests you, you could always reach out to the developers of the app for more information.
