Hi! I am looking to find a new app for email marketing, currently we are using the one built in to Shopify.

I am looking for the following requirements:

  • Welcome discount
  • Welcome to the club - how about these suggested products?
  • Birthday treat: voucher
  • Abandoned cart
  • Can send videos
  • Personalised codes etc based on their name

Plus anymore trendy new features to help our customers engage and feel part of a community. Hope someone can help! Thank you

Hi Brittany. When you say ‘the one built into Shopify’ do you mean the Shopify Email app? Or just the automated Shopify emails?

If Shopify Email is too basic for you, then Klaviyo is another popular email marketing app with a ton of features that should meet your needs.

Apart from Klaviyo, as mentioned in the other answer, Drip is another CRM solution with a Shopify integration and dedicated to all ecommerce quirks.
