Shopify is partnered with many different third-party payment gateways in Saudi Arabia. You can see the full list of them from the help guide here. PayPal Express Checkout and 2Checkout would be the gateways I’d be more familiar with from this list personally.
Once you find one you like, you will need to create an account with them outside of Shopify and then connect the gateway to your Shopify store. There’s more details on how to do this here.
