Hi @Rio We have the same problem. Order is from April and we now need to refund it, but the time limit is over. We now have no other option but refund it through PayPal manually. But of course, then I need to set this order manually to “refunded” in shopify. How can I do that? Thank you!

If its passed the time limit, then you wouldn’t be able to update the Shopify admin to reflect that a refund took place.
