Our GSC is going crazy at the moment. And says that we have valid GTIN number in our strucktured data.
But dont know what code is missing form this code, and it is affecting every product and collection.

These are all optional additions to make - you’ll see that they’re all yellow and marked as (optional).
The more structured data you can provide - the better - but putting this all on collection pages is going to render a lot of JSON-LD to the page.
My suggestion for a first step would be to add as much of this data as possible to the product page.
