I am looking for some advise on how to drive traffic to my store on a low marketing budget. I have been getting a lot of approach by freelancers offering to drive traffic to my store to increase sale. I contracted one person and gave her Campaign Coordinator rights on Klaviyo account however she is asking for admin rights. Can someone with this knowledge advise me on what access rights should be granted in order to maintain adequate security of store info and configurations etc. Thanks in advance!
I only signed up for Klaviyo because she asked me to but most of the features in Klaviyo is in Shopify. I raised this concern however I was told that to be effective I would need to operate a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. Any advise?
