With regards to billing statements, once a customer purchases off our website, what name will be shown on the customers bank statements?
Will it be the name of our Shopify Store? Will it be Shopify? Or does it depend on the information of the card we put on our Shopify website?

What appears on your customer bank statement would depend on the payment provider you use. For example, if you use Shopify Payments, then you’ll have the option to set up the statement description so it shows your business name. Every Shopify charge will appear as SP * YOURSTORENAME - You can manage this by going to Settings/Payment Providers/Manage. If you are using a third-party payment provider then you will want to reach out to them directly as they will be able to provide an answer on what appears on your customers bank statement.
Is there a way to remove the “SP” before the brand name?
@charmail Great question! SP is required before the store name and can not be removed at this time.
