I am happy to inform you that Shopify is available in your location - we do have a list of third-party payment gateways by location that can be set up with your online store. Additionally, you can set up your third-party payment gateway by navigating to Settings > Payments.
Depending on the payment gateway that you choose to set up with your store will determine the payout requirements and process. Each third-party payment gateway operates independently and may have different requirements or policies. We have a great help document that goes into depth on how you get paid that you may find useful.
