First of all, I’m very sorry for your loss. I think 50-60% of revenue is quite high and is pretty uncommon from what I have seen. I would suggest doing some research and investing more time into social media as that is the easiest way to gain leads and customers. I think the quality of your marketing is much more important than the amount spent on it. You can use AI tools to help with your social media content creation and management which are either free or cost very little compared to more traditional methods. Two that I have found to be helpful are Publer (which helps manage social media content) and Breeze.AI (which is a product photo transformation tool) both of these have saved me money and time. All of this being said I would not immediately stop spending on what you have been spending on as that is too much of a risk. I hope this helps and that everything goes well for you!
