What Really Makes a Customer Click "Add to Cart"?

Hey Shopify merchants! I have a question for you.

When a customer lands on your product page, what do you think makes them stay and actually buy?

We all know high-quality photos help, but I’ve been wondering if interactive experiences like being able to rotate a product, zoom into the details, or even see it in their own space through AR are starting to play a bigger role in purchasing decisions.

Customer expectations are shifting, and more people are starting to expect more than just static images before making a purchase. Things like 3D viewers and AR are no longer just for big brands either. They’ve become a lot more accessible for stores of all sizes.

So I’d love to hear from you! Have you ever thought about adding AR or 3D to your store? What’s holding you back, or if you’ve tried it, what was your experience like?

Hey @Vizbl . Hope you are having a fantastic day!

To be honest i think trust and clarity are really important and they always work out well.

I think augumented reality and 3D are really things. Now Shopify augumented reality and Zakeke can make it smaller stores can use them too…

If this was helpful, then don’t forget to like it and Mark as Solution.
and feel free to ask me.

Thank you, hope you are having a great day too!

You made such a great point. Trust and clarity really are everything when it comes to converting customers! And you are absolutely right, AR and 3D are no longer just for big brands.

At Vizbl we believe every store deserves access to this technology, so we made it affordable and easy for small businesses to get started.

It’s exciting to see more merchants exploring this tech. The stores that embrace it early are really setting themselves apart and giving their customers an experience they won’t forget!
