That looks like reviews from 24builds website The Ultimate Senna | 3628pcs, and in code, there is mention of trastoo.io and it leads to this app, but I did not see the exact same widget in the demo. But it should be this app

The majority of brands use a reviews app such as Judge.me, Loox or Stamped but you can recreate the same design for free by using Shopify’s built-in product reviews theme block and modifying the styling. It’s a nice, clean reviews section without having to pay for an app and everything is lightweight and consistent.

I think this a review app and I don’t know which app is implemented on website but you can implement the reviews similar to the app with the help of AiTrillion. You will have similar view of reviews. Please check the screenshot to get info on how AiTrillion can be helpful:
