Considering you mentioned sending customer details to suppliers, it sounds like you are dropshipping. When dropshipping businesses make sales, they outsource packaging and shipping to a third-party fulfillment service, which then ships to the customer. As a result, the seller doesn’t have to handle the product directly or manage any supply chain.
If so, are you using any dropshipping app to import products to your Shopify store? How the app is built will determine how you will reorder products for your customer.
