i connect my own domain but the store still closed with ssl pending what i shud be do

Did you transfer the domain to your Shopify store, or was the domain purchased directly from the Shopify platform? When new domains are connected to a Shopify store, it can take up to 48 hours for the SSL certificate to be approved on the domain.
If you find your SSL is still pending after 48 hours, you can contact our Live Support team so that we can take a closer look at the domain and help manually provision a certificate for it, if need be. To get in touch with our team, you’ll need to log in to your store via our help centre here.
Once your domain issues have been resolved, it’s also a good idea to set up a custom domain email address. This will allow your business to appear more professional, which will then strengthen trust with prospective customers. While Shopify doesn’t currently offer email hosting natively on our platform, if you’re just starting out, a popular choice to help with setting up your custom email address is Zoho Mail. Otherwise, Google Workspace is also a commonly used provider for hosting your custom email.
