www.allcottonandlinen.com is built on Shopify, but I’m not sure which theme it’s currently based on or whether the design setup is correct. I’ve checked the source code and theme files but couldn’t confirm the exact theme name.

It’s display in the themes admin, and changes can be seen in the editor , read the ENTIRE friendly manual for the software the business literally relies on or at least about themes https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes

Yeah don’t do whatever is currently being done, it’s a mess the amount of things nagging customers for attention is silly if not outright disrespectful to visitors; popup nags, app widgets, chat nag, call nag, 20+ nav items like your bed bath and beyond, multiple special colored buttons etc etc etc etc etc.
The masthead alone is wasting a 5tth of the screen real estate by being permanently stuck, et etc.
And the way it’s the masthead is handled leaves deadspace at the bottom on fullscreen(see screenshot).
Your not amazon stop trying to cram more into less.
yeesh do you want to be treated like this when you go shopping in a store.
