They have changed the theme name. In case you want something similar. I’ll help you achieve this by using free dawn theme.
I think it’s called Parallax. We’ve been using it since 2016 and it’s heavily customized and we’re about to launch a whole new site because this theme is held together by duct tape.
By looking at navigation, it must be Parallax theme.
What theme do you plan on using?
