What to do if I can't set up payment on my ecommerce site due to tenancy?

I am unable to provide a utility billy to set up shopify payment due to not being the tenant/owner of the house i live in, what should i do?

In terms of a utility bill, you will want to upload an ID that includes your full name and address. If you’re unsure if the ID you’re submitting will be accepted, you can add a note in the comment section of the form. There’s no penalty if you submit something that isn’t accepted, you will just be asked to upload a different piece of ID.
