What to do if my online store remains inactive for two weeks?

It’s been two weeks and store is still inactive what should I do. I’ve contacted support and still crickets I’ve spent too much time working on my store to start over.

Hi @kolimi what issue you are facing is there any billing issue so its inactive or you haven’t subscribed for any package just go to contact shopify with your store credentials.

Did you receive any email correspondence from us when this first happened? Generally for store issues like this, we would reach out to you via email with an explanation of what is happening, and what needs to be done to resolve it.

You mentioned that you have already contacted support - were they able to advise on next steps for you to take? They should be able to provide you with an idea of what to expect, or they can refer you to an email ticket number.
