Could you let us know what error message you are receiving when you are attempting to access your online store? Also, would you be able to share your online store URL? As this context will determine the next steps to getting your online store active once again.
If you are experiencing issues with a domain that is connected to your online store, you can change your primary domain to your .myshopify.com URL to have the online store immediately available to your customers. To change your primary domain, you will need to navigate to Settings > Domains and select the desired URL to Set as primary.
