What to do when a fulfilled Facebook order is voided?

I had a customer order through Facebook and then I fulfilled and shipped their item. Then I check back two days later and it says the item was voided and the customer wasn’t charged, but I already sent the package. I cannot edit the order since it is a Facebook order. This is the message I get under ‘VOIDED’: “A fulfillment notification has been sent to Facebook. Payment will be captured automatically once Facebook approves it.”

What can I do to make sure Facebook approves it and I get my money?
