My store has been shutdown due to a theme issue, my web designer used a theme that had not been paid for and now shopify has taken down my store. I’ve deleted the theme and used a free one but my store still will not work. I’ve tried shopify help centre but there’s nothing on there that helps. I’m really hoping someone can help me please 
Yes I did, on the same day they gave me a warning to change it but I missed it And they shut it down a few hours later. They recommended deleting the theme which I have done but my store is still gone.
