hello, when I wanted to enter the site, I could not enter the site and I got the error that this site cannot be reached, and when I look at the domains section, it says action required, but it does not say what to do.

In most cases, when your domain has an Action required status, it means you need to verify your domain. You should have received an email to verify your domain, but if you did not receive one, you can resend the email from the Domains page in your Shopify admin. You can follow the steps below to do this.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains.

  2. Click Manage beside the domain in question.

  3. If your domain needs verifying, there will be a yellow banner on this page. Click Resend email.

  4. The email address you registered for your domain will then receive an email for the verification. You can click the link in the email to verify your domain.

If you don’t see a yellow banner on the Manage page, there’s a likelihood that there’s an issue with the email address you registered for your domain. Please make sure the registrar email doesn’t use the same domain you are verifying. If you need to change it, you can follow the steps below.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains.
  2. Click Manage beside the domain in question.
  3. Click Edit beside the Registrar Information section on the right side of the page.
  4. Update the email address.
  5. Click Confirm.
