To provide further help, I’d need to know what does the error message says fully. Feel free to share a screenshot where the message is visible, as that helps to see the exact placement in the admin as well.
However, when an error with Shopify Payments occurs we typically need to look into your account to get more information on what’s causing it. Since I’m not able to see your account details over the Shopify Community, I recommend reaching out to our live support team here. If you reach out to us through that page we will be able to authenticate your account and look into this further.
