Hi,
My Shopify store has a 423 code now for several days. The website is still in the air and some orders came in.
At the moment I dont have excess to the orders etc. Is there somebody who could help?

There are a couple of different reasons why you may be seeing a 423 error code. To resolve this, we’ll need to access your account. For that reason, please visit our Help Center. Once you log in to your account you can create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. To do so, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
