My store was suddenly inactivated by Shopify I have customers wanting their refund but I can’t access my store what do I do? I have waited continuously for a week they want their refund this can’t just happen this is super ridiculous
I totally agree. The customer service is meh, i can’t speak to anyone anymore so i am left chatting with someone that can’t help so needs to escalate. I need to wait for an email response. In the meantime i have been waiting for a month to have my payout transferred to my bank. There was an issue setting up my routing number that it would not accept it so shopify said use the wire routing number. In speaking to my bank (a live person always when dealing with finance) said that ACH transfer payouts only use regular routing numbers to communicate with banks if there are consistent. Wire routing numbers are used to send people money for a fee. Thanks shopify. If you are going to be in this financial banking game you need to have live reps and know what they are advising and doing. Its been over 1 month and i still dont have my payout and now waiting for an email. Im so tired of shopify and i cant wait until this is resolved. I am taking my business elsewhere. Square has been really good to me. Live help support when i need it and will possibly be using their online website platform going forward.
