Hello guys, I had a problem with my shopify payments account due to Wayfair charges.
I sell furniture at Wayfair, and the method they use to pay the vendors is by sending an invoice with credit card information of Steve Conine (CEO), to be billed by the vendors.
I charged the credit card a few times, but after the fourth or fifth time, my shopify payments was suspended due to “suspicious charges”, and they refuse to reactivate it because “their bank partners do not allow the continuation of my account”.
Have it already happened with you? What other apps could I use to process the payments?

I didn’t know that Wayfair paid suppliers that way, and I’ll be sure to share this with our team because it’s very helpful information to have on our end.
You can check out the different 3rd party payment gateways that are available to you based on the country you’re located in. It might also help to talk with other Wayfair suppliers to see what they are doing and what payment gateways they are using. I found this sub Reddit where there are other Wayfair suppliers talking about different subjects, it might be beneficial to start a conversation in that community.
