What have others done when Shopify, without notice block your payouts until you provide them proof that you are an authorised seller of your products?
I have told Shopify that I am happy to take down products that concern them until I produce such evidence from the manufacturers of these products, however they need to reinstate my payouts in order not to destroy our small family business.
We need the cashflow to pay bills and continue to run our business.
Customers are still placing orders and Shopify will not release any money to us which is causing customers to cancel orders because we don’t have cashflow to process orders.
At this rate Shopify will destroy our business in the next few days.
