My current situation is my last payout was never received. My customer paid using Shop Pay Installments and the payout was to go into my Shopify Balance account. It never did! But shows as “paid” So, I contacted the joke of customer service they have. I can only use chat support with AI or a “chat advisor” which can’t help with more than I can figure out on my own. They created a support ticket said I would receive response to it by email. Two days (business days) passed still no response so I contacted chat agent again on the third day to get same copy & paste answers, create a ticket, escalate, they will email me blah blah blah. It is currently past typical end of business day on the forth day with no communication of resolution. I can’t even change my payout account, so basically who knows where the money is going to go when I get a sale. This issue is detrimental to my business and no one seems to care, but me! What can I do about this at this point? I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I see many other complaints about customer service response time, how long are you all typically having to wait for a resolution once a support ticket has been submitted & escalated?
Same issue. Everyday for now 5 days I have started a chat and I’m getting no where also.
Ridiculous! As a business, it should be illegal to be non-responsive to issues that are affecting the businesses of their paying customers.
