I currently just got an email from shopify saying that im using a unlicensed theme in my store and a freelancer from fiverr is the one who created it for me and when i asked him and showed him the email he said its a general email and i should ignore but i dont know what to do cause in the email it says i should take action in the next few days or my account will get suspended so im not sure what to do

Shopify does require you to have a licensed theme when operating on our platform. Can you share the to and from section of the email so I can ensure it is sent from a legitimate Shopify email? First that third party is not the one taking any risk or responsibility.
The are not in a position to judge reality, nor in a position to fix things if they are wrong.
Do not base a business risks on what someone like that says, do not entertain what they say as a valid argument they will not protect you or reimburse you for losses.
Do base business risks on the very real polices of a service whose terms you have agreed to.
Second avoid phishing scams always verify such emails are from shopify and that the outbound links only go to official shopify sites.
Only make a purchase through the actual shopify theme store by accessing it through your stores theme admin.
Resolve the issue with the theme first either buy a license or delete it and use a free theme.
You want to report that seller on fiver for fraud and seek a full refund.
Unless you know they are in the same country as you then consider consulting a lawyer then contact fiverr.
